These sessions are designed for senior middle level leaders, who may often feel caught between high-level strategic planning and the need to actually execute day-to-day functions. If you are a more seasoned leader, the advanced principles class offers the best support. Leading other leaders requires a strategic approach while understanding how to empower these leaders to accelerate their performance. Our class is designed with this purpose in mind.
